I am in the beginnig stages of bringing a 70 back to life. After years of sitting, I put a new battery in to start the process, and see what I have. All the lights work, except the dash lights. I checked the fuses, and have power to all the battery powered fuses. Even with the lights on, though, there is no power at the dash light fuse (the small fuse at the bottom of fuse box). Besides the light switch itself, is there any other place to look for power dash light fuse?
Also, the coutesy lights don't go on.

Just went through this. On the right side of the small fuse there should be power, and it comes directly from your light switch. If you get nothing there, I would suspect the switch, especially since you mentioned the courtesy lights aren't working either.
Buy one of those laminated wiring diagrams for your year car, it will pay for itself in a very short time, I have one tacked up on my garage wall for easy reference
Check the brake light fuse also. GM wired cars so that if the brake lights went out the dash lights would go out also as an indicator that you have a problem.
