what is the lagest radiator in size that will fit in a 77 corvette..

it looks like i can fit a 33" x 18-19 "

don't know the exact measurements......... but just order a direct fit aluminum rad from Tom DeWitt and it's guaranteed to be a perfect fit with no problems!

the problem is i have an olds 455 in the car and wanted max cooling ... you think a corvette rad will cool the 455 motor???

Thats the same one i have. It takes a little work some grinding and such to make it fit. No problem for someone who has the skills to slide an olds 455 into a vette.

I feel its important to get the 1.25" tubes to get the extra capacity and thermal transfer. The 1" tube 2 row is $180 but i wanted to go as big as possible since this car has had overheating problems since day 1.
