Default Plugs advise, please?

I put new plugs in the 76 about 500 miles ago...I used Delco R45TS and gapped to the suggested gap in the Haynes book...mileage got better and preformance seemed a little better....as some may remember, I believe I need valve guide seals...
Now, 2 weekends ago, we went on a very long drive over to near the New Hampshire/Vt. border, then to Rutland the following day....longest trip she's been on..she seems to be running rougher now after the trip and gas mileage has definately dropped again...I plan on putting new plugs in...AGAIN...but am wondering, should I put a little hotter plug in this time? And if so, what number and what manufacturer...and for those that say.."fix your problem first"...that will happen when the snow comes back...(it always does)
Any advise is appreciated....thanks...

pick the plug that fouls and get a hotter plug for that cyl.they also make an anti fouler you can put on your plug.check plug wire and cap to make sure they are ok

Cap and wires are relatively new, I would doubt they are the culprit...I do have the old plugs with the cyl.'s marked on the boxes, maybe I can find the bad cyl.'s....some were real bad others very good...with Delco, what plug number would I get for a hotter plug??

GOOD!! Thanks!! I will try 46's where I see fouling...in fact, I vaguely remember a different plug in the 8 old plugs....I think....I'll pull out the box...maybe the previous owner already got the idea....
Thanks again
