Need help replaceing window switch
I have a 1980 vette and the passenger sifd window switch needs to be replaced...can someone walk me thru the removal process..

Disconnect the battery ground to keep from shorting anything. Remove the side console cover. (3 screws) You'll see the connector on the back of the switch, pry this off gently. There are 2 screws that hold the switch to the bottom of the console plate. Only one screw will have to be removed completely. Loosen the second screw and the switch will drop out. A small ratchet should fit. It's a tight placeto work.
