Default Correct Spark Plug wiring

Have a 73 SB 350 and finally want to get my spark plug wires all ran correctly. I am now replacing cracked exhaust manifolds with Flow Tech headers and want to run my wires correct. When I bought the car, there were no looms, separators etc. and is a mess. Should I run wires above or below headers? Is there a pic or resource on how to properly run the wires, attach looms and so on. Thanks

The AIM (Assembly instruction manual) shows proper routing of wires.

If you are running header run the wires on top!

Moroso makes wire loom sets for running headers. They attach to the vave cover hold down bolts. In my case I ran wires with 90 degree boots and came down from the value cover looms.

Can you show us a pic of the side of the engine...a shot down the back edge of the engine, and/or a shot up from below. In order to safely route the wires underneath the exhaust you need the chrome heat shields which it sounds like might have been removed from your car.

Do you want pictures of stock install or over top for headers?

If you are suppose to over the top with headers on, pics of that would be awesome There are so many clips, looms and separators on the market, just didn't know where to start or which works best. I know I'll get the best info here...becuase it's been tried, and is now true!!! Thanks

Sorry no pics, it's a 73 SB 350 100% stock accept I'm adding headers to replace cracked exhaust manifolds. There were no looms or separators and plugs and wires are pulled...so starting fresh.

I think over the valve covers works best with headers. Here's how I routed mine. Wire looms are Moroso.
