More rust arrgghh
Replaced the rocker channels (soo much fun) frame, a-arms, part of door etc. because of rust. Putting all the new stuff from VB&P on the new frame and decided I should check The base of the windshield under the moldings. I have been afraid to but you know the courage you get with a couple beers. Pulled the right side off and had a 3/4 hole at the base of the windshield in the corner which also goes through to under the top of the fender. Basically the passenger side bottom corner of windshield. I have removed all rust and can't half as it here. I need to remove the glass (or have it removed almost 40 yo) to sheet metal it.
I just need to vent and I am sure all have stories. If I would vent to my wife I would get an eyeroll with "how much will that cost" I am shooting to drive this on my and the cars 40th (2 yrs).
