Default Converting mech. tach?

I'm installing a brand new crate eng. in my 72 and I forgot about the elect.
ignition! I've got the stock mechanical tach....was wondering if there are companies out there that will convert my tach? or maybe there's another option?
Any help would be very appreciated - thanks.

There's a company that converts thm, although I forget the name of it. When I converted to HEI on my '71 I bought a 75-77 electric tach from Gruhala. Bolts right in. On your 72 the lettering will have the correct color, so you can just bolt it in. On 71 and earlier the lettering is different (more greenish color) so I took the faceplate off my '71 tach and bolted it onto the 75-77 guts. Also gave me the correct redline which is nice as 75-77 tend to have low redlines (5000 or so).

BTW, don't forget to get rid of your resistor wire to power the HEI.
