just an observation: every wiring diagram that i've aquired for a 74, LL, Olsen, Service Manual, AIM, electronic, has some error, however minor. i was/am doing some fairly major rewiring, so it helps to have all the info you can get. old photos or photos of other vettes also helps sometimes. the wiring and wiring diagrams can get confusing when you don't know what options were selected, e.g., new wiring may include an option not on your car. some wiring diagrams show options as if they were standard. if you want to modify the wiring, you'll need even more info than shown in refs above.
just so you don't get bummed by all that, i'd bet scores have replaced their wiring without the first diagram
