Engine Oil:
Do you have any cork or paper gaskets? If so, I would suggest non-synthetic. Valvoline has one of the best non-synthetic oils, and 10-30 is a good weight to start with for you without knowing much else. I also like Dextron III for my auto trans oil. It wears well, and easily shows color and smell when it's ready to be changed. It's easy to tell.
Spark Plugs:
I have had the best luck with NGK. They come pre-gapped, but always ask for correct gap, and check yourself. They sell them at any Oreilly.
Brake fluid:
Dot 3, any good brand.
Power Steering Fluid:
Any good brand.
