Well so it seems August 4th, at 1130 am, a verizone wireless lease truck from Dewey Cheatem and Howe, leasing firm, and supposedly covered by some scam outfit called American Home Assurance company, and some other scam outfit called the DL Peterson Trust who actually owns the truck backed into the parked '72 vette here, and smacked out the left front headlight, bumper, custom grill, and tons of etc.....well so they sent around an adjuster on the following Tuesday, I showed him the estimates of 2500-3500 bux, and they were SUPPOSEDLY sending a check that following Friday for 2540 and change....well, NOW that I am returned from a ten day vacation, first one in some 4 years.....any length of time that is....

the check was NOT MAILED......of course....

her supposed BOSS at 1-866-305-6391 ext 13942 his name is
John Dougherty......HE IS A LIAR ALSO.....the check did NOT LEAVE their offices, and I bet was never issued.....nothing in the mail.....

been a month allready....3 weeks since it was supposedly sent.....


so, I guess it's typical Florida business once again....I gotta sue yet again over a bunch of outright crap where their driver was issues a ticket for improper backing, witnesses of the powder coating business saw the collision, they owned the joint, and yelled someone hit my car....

so anyway, Verizon weirdless and their minions....mind you it took only a DOZEN phone calls to find out anything at all.....that's a dozen NUMBERS, not attempts.....

guess they owe me some windshields....eh???

 

I've been wondering how this was gonna turn out for you. I was hoping for the best, but it sounds like the worst.

 

Log the calls and your time too, thats a loss you can sue for too, Oh, and the pissed off factor..

 

About 16 yrs ago I was hit by a young girl that ran a red light. I had the local corvette shop send a wrecker to pick it up. Her state farm adjuster wanted to use some kind of recycled parts and get several estimates. I told him the car was already at the corvette shop where it will be repaired and that's the only estimate he will receive and they don't use recycled parts. I was very firm in telling him that my car would be repaired back to the shape it was in before it was hit. I personally knew the owner of the shop and I wasn't about to let anyone else work on my car. I guess they knew I would stand my ground so they didn't argue anymore. They paid the bill around $8,000 bucks.

 

Come to Minnesota. The Verizon guy would hire a lawyer and figure out a way to sue YOU.

 

there's a phone dialer program that you can use to call a number on any time interval you want...like every 30 seconds..... so since you have numbers, just get it to start ringing..........

Call your local televsion stations, they usually have a consumer fraud desk. Verizon does not want this kind of publicity. Get them!
