help with power antenna

Default help with power antenna
i am trying to get the power antenna to go up. We have put 12 volts to it and all that hapens is the power antenna relay makes a clicking sound..does this mean that it is bad.Please help.

Try cleaning connections,grounds at antenna...

Bad or the wires are backwards. Sounds like its trying to go down instead of up.
