Pretty straight forward. 3 pronge plug to the switch under the consol. Wires run from there to the motor in the door. did you check the fuse...chances are its okay if the other window is working?

You need to remove the consol side panel and check for power at the switch. Unless you can tell another way...such as the interior lights dimming when you flick the switch...suggests power draw. If you have power here its either the switch, wires, plug at the motor or the motor.

If you have power at the switch it could be the wires from the switch to the window motor. Check for breaks in the door jam area. Flick the switch and wiggle the wires.

If you want to check the proper way that will tell you 100%. Take the consol side panel off. Take the door panel off. Take the power window motor cover off. Check for power to the switch. Then while operating the switch check for power at the motor plug. If you have power to the motor it could be the motor or the regulator spring. If the regulator spring has broken you'll find it at the bottom of the door.

Well i did what you told me and sure enough it was the motor 3rd one I put in. One question how do you adjust the window moter gear pressure plate. I bolted it on and it seems to work but its not as smooth as I like it. I put a new regulatoer in again as well........

Not sure what you mean. If I recall the factory regulator and gear are one piece. Are you talking about the gear on the motor?

Make sure the bushing in the plate is not wore out-that could explain why you are having repeated problems.

I replaced the regulator and the motor plus I put a new gear in the motor as it does not come with a gear you have to buy it seperately. When you mount the motor to the regulator I put a new pressure plate on also ,this piece is what holds the gear and bushing to the regulator.

I checked the helms manuel and i could not find out how you adjust the window for a smoother operation. But it does work now thanks to your help. the trouble shooting was right on the money.............
