I believe Lectric Limited still has the BPM switches. This one is a spare and I have not tried it but it is made in the USA. The price was $74.00.

Thanks for the post . I found anything made by Lectric Limited is first class! I've used all the wiring in my 68 Coupe and it fits great and just like the orignial. I was not aware they offered a 67-68 T/S switch , Thanks AL.

That's good news! Sometimes we all get lucky

My blower motor had never worked until two weekends ago when I pulled the switch, cleaned it up and put it back in - like a miracle, the blower came to life

Buying a NOS turn signal mechanism may not be a good idea. The mechanism is plastic (nylon?). One of the reason the mechanisms fail is that after 38 years, the plastic hardens, losses flexibility, and cracks/breaks. When your original mechanism in the steering wheel breaks, buying a NOS probably is not a good solution. The plastic in the NOS is also about 38 years old and will have just hardened naturally during it's long shelf life. It's not unexpected that the NOS fails soon after installation.

Mine actted up again and I think I know what the problem is. The steering wheel may have sat ia position that held the plastic part (that often breaks off) and pusing on it and not being moved for years may have bent it out of shape. If I move the steering real slow it will cancell time from time, AL.

Let it self-cancel and do not do a manual cancel.

Default 68 Corvette Turn Signal Switch

I was able to fix my turn signal cancel problem. Removed the steering wheel and placed a thin "O" ring on the steering shaft then reinstalled the steering wheel and that took care of it. The only thing I could think is the cancel cam was not close enough to the tabs. The switch that is in there I replace 20 years ago, AL.
