TH400 recommendations and converter

You're probably already done, but my $.02
I built a TH 400 for a guy that had a Camaro-- 596ci-- lots of horsepower, the local drag strip told him to take it home and not come back without a full cage. Here's what I did.
I got an early sprag clutch (36 element?) the heavy duty one and the matching clutch housing for it. I also used 4L80E clutch and steels- same as the TH400, but thinner- if I remember right I got 2 more pairs in each clutch pack, check the clearances when you put them in! I also used the Trans-Go kit. Other than that, it ran fine- he was turning low 10's.
As far as the convertor goes, if you need to loosen it up a little bit, but don't want to spend big bucks for a 2800+ stall speed, just stick a TH 350 convertor in it.
