How much does a c3 body weigh?
Greetings I have a week vac. coming up & am thinking of lifting the body for frame paint, inspection & etc. I have the doors & front clip off already, and will remove the seats. How much does this shell weigh? I would like to lift from the garage truss with come along & body lift straps. p.s. I have 10'-8" ceiling & reinforced bottom chord trusses. thanx.

No one can probably answer as to how much weight you have left,
with the front end off doors no seats it can't be weighing much,
unless you have nothing more then two by fours running across the
top of your garage you will probably be ok.
