Guys, I think I know what the deal was on the parts coming off. Now its time for you guys to 
!! Well I was under the front tighten up all the bumper brackets that the bodyshop left loose and I needed a washer or to two complete the job well I think I left 4 or 5 sitting in the lower valance and thats what I think was the deal 
No damage done, just a "Boo-Boo" on my part , let the began! AL.

Thinking of what happen here, a lot was going on with my two kids and completely dropped off the car hobby radar. Now have my kids on the right path I did return, key word, return, not go in hide some where but come back to face the music!
