Smog time again
i dont know how well this would work, but it did last time so ill try again. if i were to change counties for smog purposes *right now im in Valley Springs* back to Sacramento would i still have to smog my motor? last time when i went from Sacramento to Valley springs they just handed me my tags and i was on my way...anyone know how i can beat the system without doing it illegally? LOL

well im not trying to ask a bad question on purpose but if i changed address's would that eliminate the need for smog? i did it last time like i said in my original post and i just got my tags....how do you get a PO box btw?
