I could've voted either way on this. I like the power seats in my coupe with auto trans. I've got it just the way I like it and like the exit/enter modes you can set.

However, on the ZR1, I sit with the seat all the way back. There is no adjustment bascially so manual would be fine with me on that one.

I did vote power seats though.

I'd miss the memory feature with manual seats. You must have really long legs Texas08C6, I'm 35" inseam and move mine up about 1.5" from full back.
