Default First serious problem...what to do?

Well, I knew this was going way too easy. I got all the body mount bolts either loose or out with no problems. The #1 bolts on both sides broke, but with the clip off, no problem. All the frame mount brackets look pretty good, some rust, but not to bad.
THEN..
#2 on passenger side, the hole in the body for the mount bolt is rusted out about 2x its size.

What now?

I need help on this one.

thanks

Get some pics. up, but it sounds like typical bird-cage rot. I have repaired many a mount pocket. Unless it's really bad, new repair pieces can be mig welded in, making it strong as day 1.

Have you pulled the windshield and dash to inspect the cage? I hope it's not as bad as the pic. of mount #2.

So pull the glass, dash etc, will that get me the view on the dammage?
how to get it fixed? Hang the suspension back on it, lift body and roll the chasis out?

Yes. With bird-cage rot, you need to assess the rust before you do anything else. Some rust is too extensive to repair. Find out now before doing anything else to the frame or body. If the windshielfd frame looks o.k., lift the body just enough to inspect the rocker channels. Take pics. as you go. G/L
