Nope. But I've never tracked either so. But, I did spend about 2 hrs straight roll racing in 80' temps, 100% humidity with no issues. I am running a LMR stat so not sure if that helps or not. Anyhow, um....yea.
100 degrees ambient, towards end of the day had power steering go out. Ordered the ducting kit and don't expect that to reoccur, and as a precaution have ordered the secondary radiator as well.

I have not take my C7Z M7 to the track yet. I did just come back from Ron Fellows. The first day the C7Z M7 was fine - no overheating. The second day in the afternoon towards the end of run sessions it would shut the AC down due to the engine running hot. On the cool down lap it said service power steering. They said that happens when they get hot.
So - I have not had my Z get hot yet.
The one at the school kept going. So, have to ask what is overheating. Overheating to the AC turning off or having to pull over, etc.
I gotta say - I was very impressed with the car on the track.

I haven't tracked my C7Z yet because its under 1k miles but the Ron Fellows Academy C7Z auto cars did overheat this week. it was hot as hell and the cars would do one lap all out and overheat middle of second lap. First car I overheated in 1 lap shifting at 5500 and then swapped to another car mid session and it overheated in 1.5 laps shifting at 5000. Sucked but it was hot. Instructor asked for my PDR card to copy and send to GM but I really think he wiped it. I tried to play back the sesson in my go pro and it said the SD card was empty. Once I get more time ill see if the data was there. IF they wiped my data I'm gonna have my feelings hurt.
It's interesting that so far < 10% are reporting overheating problems in the poll.
It suggests the problem isn't as widespread as originally thought...

From what i saw at the racetrack, a small percentage of owners drove the hell out of the cars.

Tracking on 100 degree days ranks right up there as a ****** way to spend the day.
