Default Help!!!

Having trouble with my power windows on my 1981 vette.

All is working fine then I see the electrical system blink - dim and my power windows quite working.... I can let the car sit over night, and widnows will start working for a while; then it happens again. At no time was I trying to raise or lower the windows.

Maybe the relay?

Thanks in advance for your help and support.

Fuse, Relay or fuse link
Fuse in the fuse panel, Relay in the console, I think. Fuse link on the starter

OK, so there is no relay...
The fuse is actually a circuit breaker, right side of the fuse panel just above the turn signal flasher.
Book says the circuit is hot at all times, but its only hot with the key on. Pink wire from breaker to the switches. There are two fusable links on the starter, one of them supplies juice to the ign switch, then it goes to the Breaker
