Hijack - 84rzv500r - Is that black Vette yours? Tell me more about the vents in the doors. They look like rear brake vents, and really help the look of the car. Did you do this yourself or was it a kit?

Here is a pic of mine with the side pipe covers off. I made the side pipes myself so they fit snug under the covers, and wouldn't hang below the frame.

They are Thrush glass packs are 29" long 2.5"ID. I think they cost $19.00 each at PepBoys.
Here is a pic after paint with the covers installed.

Dr. Jay - You need some posters or something on the walls of your shop. It's too plain in there. You at least have a fridge full of beers?

P.S. I like the custom sides. They look amazing.

The problem is that I don't have a concrete floor yet (winter project)so it is just a glorified carport, and the only wall that I could use to hang anything on is made of HardyPlank. I think I need some Vette Banners or something. The beer (Corona) is in the house otherwise I would never leave the garage. I am up for suggestions for decorating my shop interior.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm too "cheap" to buy something I can make myself. The covers I bought from Ecklers.

Start out with a few signs...like neon beer signs. Get a poster or two, and a nudie calender. Tell the wife it's a guy thing and she should be fine with it.
