Yeah, I don't blame you. The S/S braided lines were worth every penny. Smooth, strong, and easy to work with. Cleanign them may prove interesting though once they get some road grime on them.
And they look great (IMHO). They weren't that hard to keep clean though, just degrease and hose or a good steam clean...
Just an update, and a question. I have the Hydro installed. Used M10 1.50 washer nuts on the reversed studs, and they work like a dream. The threaded pin and clevis meet the pedal, and I purposely shortened the pedal travel a little and slid the brake light switch forward to meet it. I installed check valve bleededs in all the calipers and in the master where I had to bleeder provisions. I bled each wheel and then the master. My question is this...does anyone know if bleeding the system before the power steering lines are hooked up is a bad idea. I would assume no since the car doesn't have to be run for the brakes to work, but did I maybe hurt anything?
