Parking brake adjustment maybe? I am only guessing, but when I had a squeak back there I made an adjustment to the parking brake and it went away.

Does it go away when you apply the brakes?

It may sound silly but with the brake design that these cars have it might just be the brake pad moving back and forth. the placement of the pin allows some movement between the pad and the sides of the caliper. I bought a kit from Ecklers called the ultimate answer. Its just some hard plastic straws that slide into that area which prevents the movement. Anyways it worked for me.
Good luck
