Default Fuse Block Question

On my fuse block, the letters are a little worn. I'm trying to hook my fans up to the ACC spade terminal. There are three in the middle. The IGN is the very bottom. Is the ACC the one in the middle? I believe the BAT is the top one. I'm just trying to make sure. Thanks.

What's the male spade connector in the middle? Thanks for the photo!

There are several recent threads on fan wiring. Do a search on them. You need to run your fans off a switched relay And pull the power directly off of the alternator, or the battery cable at the starter, or the horn relay bus bar. Use heavier gauge wire to support the high amperage fan load. You don't want to melt wires and start fires. Running off of the accessory plug on the fuse block in effect runs that high amperage load through your ignition switch.
