Wipers only work at one setting
This is a '78 that I recently got as a project.
The wipers will only work when at the highest setting on the switch. And even then, it seems to be at the slowest speed (or at least very slow). The intermittent and low setting do not operate the wipers, and the fluid will not work. I do not hear anything trying to operate either except in the high setting.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/proceed?
