Well my car has been in the shop almost a full week now, and the body is completely sanded minus a few areas, and they are starting to rework the bad spots. I took pictures the day I droped it off(17th) on the 19th, and today, the 22nd. I am very pleased so far with the progress!! The body man told me to swing back by tuesday afternoon, as it should be in primer by then!! That means in 2 weeks I could have back home! While I was at the shop, I did some wandering, and saw a '73 "in progress" which belongs to the guy doing my car. I took some pictures. It is in bad shape, but is really cool non-the-less. Also, I walked around the corner and saw a MAKO! I do not know the exact information on it, but the guy says its a '72 mako. So this makes me believe that it was a kit sold by???(baldwin????)....I remember posts about the difference between maco and mako, but I don't remember the details on either. Anyway, I took about 5-6 pictures of that car too, it is absolutly beautiful, even though it is falling apart, and has no engine/tranny/interior, it is also "in progress". That is the first one I have ever seen in real life, and now I know why everyone is so amazed by them. VERY VERY
Hopefully by tonight I will have all my pictures scanned. Im going to the local vet club meeting tonight, and will be developing my new pictures to show to them, so when I get home I will scan them and create a web page for all of them(I have 40 pictures so far) :yesnod:

PS. I still don't know the color name or code...I feel like an idiot  cus I forgot the color I picked out. When I go up tuesday, I will have the guy give me the color code, then I'll run to the paint supply store and look up the color name, and this time I'll write it down!
I have a digital camera, a very good one actually, but I am using my film camera to take my body photo's mainly because I am putting together a scrap book, and I would rather have 35MM film and scan it, then digital pictures printed out w/an inkjet. I am about to begin scanning my old photo's...the ones i took today I didn't get a chance to develop, I will try to do it tomarrow or the next day. Im busy putting together a portfolio...taking a break to scan photo's.
