the rear of the tracks are missing the bolts that hold them down. there appears to be no hole under the tracks, but a hole is about an inch or two behind the tracks. My question is are there different lengths of seat tracks, and does anyone have a picture of the rear of the tracks? thanks for all your help. Don
I believe using your seat adjustment **** (forward/aft) you will be able to line up the seat mount with the hole. I'm not home right now, but just removed and replaced my pax side seat the other day. Noticed the same issue, lined them up with the adjuster. Worked fine!
In my '72, the part of the track that bolts to the floor is always the same length - it's the upper part that floats back and forth when you push the lever.
So - you should be able to get both lower tracks to line up side-by-side. When you do that, the holes in the floor should line up on both sides.
Also, there are several different holes in the floor, and the rear seat holes are farther back than you might expect. Make sure you are finding the right holes.
