It's the original...I'm trying to keep it numbers matching as much as possible. I kept the amps and volts original. If I had to do it over again...I would have bought a rebuild and swapped the guts and gave the core back with my old parts and new housing.....oh well.
I bead blasted the housing and didn't realize there was a rear bearing, until it was back together becuase it didn't want to spin very easy, so now I have taken it all back apart to change the rear bearing.
After the bead blasting I used aluminum polish on the hosuing and it looks great.

Per your request. Original alternator totally rebuilt. Bead blasted the housing the used aluminum polish. It looks better in person I think. Very easy job.
