Default Best automatic window conversion kit for '72?

Wondering what the best company to go to for converting manual windows to automatic windows is for a '72 Vette. Best automatic door locks also.

Please, no, "what's wrong with your hand" or "that's just more hassle" comments. Thanks!!

I bought a used pair of regulators and motors with the wiring harness for my 72. Guaranteed to fit!

Do you have any pictures documenting what you did? I am interested in doing the same sometime next year. I would love to see what you (or anyone) else can show as to how they did the conversion.

Thanks,
Dino

Dino - I think CoolShark bought an original set out of a 72 vette-that would be a direct bolt-in.

Default Power windows

I put a SPAL kit in my '74. Actually stronger motor than stock. Easy install- be sure to use relays to get plenty of voltage to the motors.
SPAL kit number :33000030

Ecklers and some of the other dealers have New regulators, they are a little $$ but they are good stuff. Unless you find a good "deal" on tused I would go new. you can make the wire harness, nothing majic about it, AIM for later years has pretty detailed drawings for that. The door panel only difference is where the holes are, new panels come without holes to fit either way.

Dragonwycke, I've been interested in that SPAL kit for a while. Do you have any pics of the installation?
