This is the corner pieces on an early 1968 convertable, does anyone have any ideas where to find these

As far as I know, they are not reproduced. If yours are broken, you'll probably have to find them used, and from what I understand, they aren't easy to find. From '69 on, they combined these pieces with the end pieces from the windshield header trim, so these are '68 only parts.

That looks like the picture from the Ebay seller "missybird" (or something like that). That is the only game in town for repros of that part! I bought some and the bad news is that they are pretty crude. The good news is that the originals were just as crude. If you need them, that will be your only source.

The next thing you have to deal with is the unique 68 convertible trim. The corner moldings (that these pieces attach to) are not reproduced and it is very expensive to restore the corner moldings. Also your header trim and the windshield trim are unique but can be restored to like new condition.

I've had a lot of luck finding parts at a local Vette parts place here in MI called Vette Products of Michigan. They have a website at http://www.vetteproducts.net/ and their phone number is 248-693-1907. Give them a call, they might have the part.
