Just removede my valvecovers, and at the top of the heads I found this. It looks like old paint that is falling of in flakes. Is this normal?

But good news, found out that I have Roller Rockers

Pretty normal on high comp. engines or engines that run hot or high mileage engines. It is a combination of varnish, carbon and oil byproducts that have cooked off.

Thanks alot rotgirl and sixfooter
Was almost getting worried. So a oilchange wouldent be a bad ideer...
An oil change NEVER hurts! But it won't keep the buildup from happening again.
Some claim the synthetics will not cook off like that... but in my experience with high temp. air cooled turbo-charged aircraft engines, you still get residue.
