Front Right wheel Hard turning
While I was under the car...I grabbed the right front wheel to apply pressure to a wrench. The tire was suspended off the ground.....it did not spin freely and responded to my pressure to spin it just as if the brakes were being applied......Why does this tire not spin freely while suspended off the ground? The opposite driver side spun freely. :confused:

Have you done anything to the wheel bearings? Even if you haven't you might check at least the outer bearing. Also have you installed new pads recently, shouldn't make much of a difference but it's a thought. Good luck.

You've either got a bad wheel bearing or a brake caliper hanging up. A bad brake hose could cause the caliper to hang up. Suggest you remove the caliper and then see how / if the wheel spins, and check wheel bearings by attempting to wiggle the wheel back and forth while grabbing the wheel at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions.
