On my TH350 it is on the passenger side toward the rear. It's kind of difficult to see and get to because of the exhaust, but I just recently replaced mine with an adjustable. Great results for $12 :D

I HAVE A TH400 AND IT IS LOCATED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE TOWARDS THE FRONT. I REPLACED MINE RECENTLY AFTER ENGINE REBUILD. IT SHIFTED WAY TO EARLY SO I ADJUSTED IT AND IT MADE A CONSIDERABLE DIFFERENCE ON MY 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT POINTS.
