Need some help \advice with windsheild post weatherstrip.

I have the passenger side taped in place without the reveal and retainer molding in place.
Am I correct on the hight and position of the Weatherstriping?
Is the pillar post placed correctly with the channel?
I assume the channel is for water redirection as well as a crush area for better seal when the door is closed is that correct?

In the last 2 pics I am holding up the retainer trim in relationship to where the holes are in the WS. There are 3 slots in the WS. The mounting screws go through the WS, retainer and reveal molding into the frame correct?

You will want the weather stripping to be glued and cure with the window up and the door closed. That'll get your the best fit. Same goes for the tops if and when you get to them.
