the best weatherstripping kit
looking for THE BEST weather stripping out there. Have heard about some of the cheap ones that really do not measure up let me know your experiences with your weather stripping

In any case, stay away from Eckler's. They're starting to sell junk and their service has gone south.

I've found the weatherstrips made by 'metro' to be by far the best, they where recomended to me by a 'vette resto firm shortly after id just purchased a kit from ecklers that i was less than satisfied with.I think ecklers have changed thair supplier recently though.
The metro ones come with a 30 year garantee! and are much softer than others i have seen/used in the past. I purchased mine from www.weatherstripspecial.com and was happy with thair service and thought the price was very competative.

I got some Metro weatherstrips from 'the goat farm' (www.weatherstripspecial.com) they are the dogs bollocks! far superior to any ive seen before, and a 30 year garantee

I just bought the rear & front side window weatherstrip in Laytex. A liitle pricey, but the best I found from anyone. Windows go all the way up with doors closed. They didn't do that when I purchased from Corvette America, MAD or CC.
