Sent in to volunteer my car, their reply:

"Thanks for the offer. We currently have an in-house vehicle for the
testing. The production kit should be available early spring. thanks"

Kit available early spring, interesting. It will be worth checking into at least. They did say mandrel bent, which is why this could be interesting.

Guys, We're going to try and support these forums by contributing occasional exhaust system advice now that we are expanding into the Vette market. We'll also update you on the progress of the new C3,C4,C5 & C6 systems. You C3 owners especially have been ignored for way too long. We were shocked to see there is no mandrel bent pre-boxed systems for the C3.

Any details you can give us on your C3 exhaust systems? Small block or big block (hopefully not just big block!!!), pipe diameter, X-pipe or other, works with headers, works with any mufflers, etc?

Thanks

A kit or provision for a crossover pipe (X, H or whatever) would be very welcome. I have not yet run across anything like this. If anyone knows of a kit that makes this any easier to do using factory style exhaust, please let me know.

Hence why I am in the process of fabricating my own.

I did take it for a ride the other day... my pipes only made it through the tranny crossmember so far. Talk about killer sound!

Excellent! This is the only commercial system with a crossover that I have seen. I will be giving it some serious consideration when it comes out. The timing for me should be perfect. I am very glad that Pypes is paying attention to C3s but where have the Corvette-oriented vendors been on this?

I'm convinced they don't even realize that C3's are Corvettes. Like most C5+ owners.
