is this a 68 or 69 or is there no difference??

It looks like a 68. It's value depends on how solid it is.

Does look like 68 and there is a vast difference from a 69. They are not interchangable.
It is a bit difficult to tell from that picture though.

I believe that is a 68 thing only. i had to reweld the sad little tack weld job the factory put on mine. Also, I found a tach drive distributer that I rec'd when I bought the car if you still need one.

No, the '69 and up do not have the "X". The '68 support is much more similar to the midyears than it is to the later sharks.
