vacume switch

Default vacume switch
1980 L-48 there is a vacume switch mounted on the fire wall (drivers side) the switch closes under vacume but i cant find a wire diagram that shows this, what does that switch control?

Vacuum!

Anyway, an archives search should turn up the vacuum diagram that you need.

A hose should go down to the cruise control. Of course its hard to tell for sure on mine, due to the fire.
