Head Lamp Relay Valve
If your interested, let me know.

Why use cheap plastic when you can have stainless steel?!
All I did to install them was to buy the right size hose nipples at Home Depot (easy.)
Hook up the ground wire and attach the hot wires to the high/low beam wire with a relay:

This makes the operation automatic--the headlights come on and the 3-way valve energizes.

You can find 3-way 12vdc air valves on ebay all the time. $15-20.
You need two of them.

Could you post some more info on this?!!? I've already sent you a PM.
Both of my relays are leaking. I only have one hooked up right now and im losing about 6 PSI of total manifold vacuum from it. so I am VERY interested in the setup to fix this leak issue and also to elimate a bit of potential leaks

I can only afford the repro valves but seeing as how they are piece of junk to begin with I won't bother. So I've been researching converting to electric firebird motors for the headlamps eliminating the vacume system which would be my ideal solution but again, that is expensive and I have a wiper door to contend with. The 3 way solenoid method sounds good to me. Would love to see pics and more info on this.
Something like this work also? (i know nothing about electricity)
