Default No brake lights

I need some assistance. Replaced all fuses, checked bulbs, checked brake switch but still have no brake lights or hazard lights. And if it is the turn signal switch how do you get to it on a 1968?

Did you test for 12V at each terminal when a different action is applied? On each socket, test for tail lights when the headlight switch is on, by using the ground and tail light post in the socket. Then, try the brake post and ground when the brakes are depressed. Lastly, if you still have problems, run your own ground wire form the battery to test the sockets for a possibly bad ground.
