Luggage racks

I have a 77 with the luggage rack. How do you mount your tops to it? I saw the picture of rrent's and i think it looks real good. :flag

Some of these racks mount the tops while others do not. If your rack has small lugs on it, it can mount the brackets which will hold your tops. If you've got plain bars, your luggage rack will not mount your tops.

i have the tabs on the bars. So, now where can i get the mounts? Or some pictures of them so i can make some. :smash:

Check with the aftermarket providers for the brackets. If you've got the lugs, all you should need are the brackets.

Every once and a while you will see a set of the rack mounts on eBay. Just have to keep your eyes and wallet open. They are NOT cheap.
