Noah is good. I had mine on in a down pour and although it's not a water barrier, there was a huge puddle (2in deep) between my rear glass and the spoiler. Once the rain stopped, the puddle was still there and I lifted the cover to find only a little bit of that water soaked through. A Noah cover is about $150 (not including shipping), but locking cable and bag is extra. Wolf fabrics has a new car cover out also, but I don't have any experience with it.
From my research since I've been cruising the forum (about 2yrs), Noah is the favorite for breathability, durability, and gentleness on the paint. Whatever you choose, good luck and thanks for listening! :seeya
