Default Another loose wire question

Here is another loose wire on my 71 Auto

It is long, has two wires and a flat plug currently running down the drivers side of the engine compartment
Where does it go?

I thought this looked familiar. I have the same plug coming out of the firewall, and it never went anywhere! I bought mine new so I know it's not been messed with...........any ideas out there?

If the wires are Tan and dark blue, it goes to the TCS solenoid on the side of the carb. I'm sure most of these were removed as it shut off vacuum advance. Where does the wire come from?

My wires are tan & blue. And I know mine didn't come with a tcs solenoid. But after looking at the assembly manual, in my case it looks like only the L-82s came with it.

74 454. Mine has it too. Also has a single tan wire that is taped to it with a connector on the end. Don't know. These were not in use when I purchased my car.

The tan wire sounds like the one that goes to the brake valve mounted on the frame below the M/C.
