Bought Some Stuff
It has been a while since I could afford to continue my project due to my job (or the lack of) situation. I now have a good job that I really like am now able to buy stuff for fun.
Yesterday I went to the Corvette/Chevy Expo in Houston. I was able to spend more money this year than in recent years. Now I can check off a few more things I needed for my Vette build.
Here is what I have been waiting to buy for a long time, The Performance Plus Suspension kit from VB&P
I left my rear bearings/spindles with VB&P to rebuild and install on the offset T/As I ordered. Look forward to getting those! Gary, Steve and Pattie from VB&P are great to work with. They really know what they are doing!
Also found a set of side pipes for $200. They are in good shape, but are in need of being re-chromed. Thinking about seeing if JetHot can re do them.
Also, bought a Por15 kit to finish out my frame and a few tools like a dial indicator.
All in all, it was a good trip to the Vette show!!
