Default MN80 how deep is your pan? Header Clearance

MN80, as a point of reference, how deep is your oil pan? It seems a bit taller than stock.

I have a very low 77 that would benefit from headers tucked up high as yours appear to be.

Wonder if anybody has ordered??, my long tube header exhaust system is pretty crappy hangs real low, loud as hell at idle!!!!! (but just bought car and is in storage 2 hours away so only going on the memory), so it is tempting to have the X cross tube which should be better than straight duals......anybody thinking about getting this system????

I've got a set on order for my 79. Going to use Stan's headers. They do have extension pipes for hooking up to factory exhaust, so they should work on shorty block huggers. The race mufflers look like the way to go. On their website the sound (noise) seems about the same, but the race mufflers pass gas with less back pressure.

I'll measure the oil pan and get back to you this evening.
