BTW, in reference to the new name, my wife has already started calling the new car "colonel mustard" She then came up with "woodstock" in deference to my prior vette the "red barron." Also, she likes "tweety."
I was looking for something more manly, so I am not going to change my name for now :D
Don't change a thing!!! Your wife and your car are perfect!!! I love Warbonnet/Metallic-Yellow/Riverside Gold 'vettes. Best colors ever put on Corvettes. My car was originally Riverside Gold and a previous (foolish) owner painted it red. If I ever repaint it's going back to Riverside Gold!!
  Welcome back! Now you're in the Chrome-Shark pond!! Enjoy your 'new' ride! Love the warbonnet and the orange cars although I'm a little partial. I'd call her 'Warbird' which goes nicely with your CF name! :yesnod:
ps: Look for Toms73's website which is an excellent site for 73 owners.
Mike - Sweet ride, and judgeing from what G said, sounds even better than the Barron!! So when do we have another exhaust mod party!! I'm there!! Lets go for a cruise when you pick it up!

Any suggestions?
VERY nice ride. I've been coveting 73's lately. I've decided I really like the look of the steel bumper rear end with the elongated rubber nose.
I vote for "ColonelMustardwiththetorquewrenchintheg arage". :D
Thanks Purple :) I couldn't get to your price, but I think that I did well. Any bites on yours?
A guy from Texas seemed serious about it, but that doesn't appear to be happening. (Found out he has to sell a truck first). Alot of nibbles but for no firm bites. I think the fact that this is going to be a toy for someone (that's what it was built for) and that it's going to take a certain someone who genuinely likes the car (power, gearing, paint scheme, color, etc) to buy it. I think I've limited myself on the market. :(
