Does anyone have experience with mono rear springs? Would like to change and not sure which lb. spring I need. Plus any install advise.

I have had a 330lb and a 420lb and now a Vette Brakes dual mount spring in mine. Call up VB, http://www.vbandp.com/ a supporting sponser here, and tell them what you have and what your intentions are for driving. They will be able to set you up with the correct one. Highly recomend the spring.

I'm running a '69 big block. I started with a 360# spring, but then moved up to a 420# spring. (I like a firm suspension.) However, I think most guys are happy with a 330 or 360 pound spring. Get some good shocks while you're at it. With a monospring there's no interleaf friction to damp out the oscillations anymore.
