I just found my 78 vette back glass smashed last night. :cry I can't believe someone would come onto my property and do something that mean. I sent out flyers with a $500.00 reword in my area for the arrest of the vandal. Anyone know where I can get a new back glass with defrost? I checked with my local Auto Glass shops and their suppliers don’t have them anymore. Sure like to get a new one with some tint made into it.

That's the reason most classic car insurers won't let you let your car out of your sight when you park it--they're just too tempting for the peckerheads who get their jollies out screwing up things that mean something to someone else. You may want to try some of the Corvette Recycling yards. If you have access to Cars and Parts Corvette they usually have an article with some yard in every issue.

My car got spit on by a tobacco chewing red-neck while it was parked at work a few weeks ago. I decided that it was time to park it in the garage for some engine work rather than contuining to provide a target. I spent the next two days watching all of the tobacco chewers at work for signs that might give me an excuse to vent my frustrations. :boxing
