wiper door mounting
my wiper door (purchased on the e place) has the four mounting holes reamed out. what are my options to redrill the holes in proper alignment and tap them to screw in the shouldered bolts?

You say they are already drilled out. You should be aware that the original wiper door mounting holes are counter-bored at the outside end of each hole. There are only about 5 to 8 threads in the hole; the outer 1/4" is a bore that is used to pilot a drill bushing. If the counter-bores are still in good shape, and the actual threaded areas are damaged, use a good metal-epoxy (like JB Weld) to fill JUST THE THREADED AREA. Make a drill bushing with the outer diameter a slip-fit to the counter-bore size and the inner diameter just slightly larger than the drill required for piloting a #10-24 thread. Use the bushing to drill out the pilot holes for your #10-24 tap, then carefully tap the holes, and you will be "good to go"!
